FosterHope recognizes the challenges our resource families face that are unique to their situations. Creating Community is a program that strives to support families who may be experiencing stress due to the demands of being a care provider and are at risk of placement failure. The Creating Community team will work with families to identify stressors and challenges, to determine services that will best support the family. The objective of the program is to provide additional resources in order to avoid disruption in placement for our children and youth.
Why Creating Community?
Creating Communities was launched to help support our families and assist with preventing placement failure. Extra support is needed in times of stress for our communities.
